Refund policy

NO REFUND & NO RETURN. 

At Chichi Fashions, each garment is handcrafted and made specifically for our clients. Due to the custom nature of our work, all consultation fees, deposits, and payments are non-refundable. 

Consultation fees are credited toward the final cost of your garment if you proceed with your order. Once production has begun, cancellations are not permitted, and payments made for work completed, materials purchased, and labor performed are non-refundable. Any remaining balance for services not yet rendered may be reviewed at the sole discretion of Chichi Fashions. 
Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all design details, measurements, and fabric selections before production begins. 

Ready-to-wear items may be eligible for exchange or store credit if returned in their original, unworn condition within 7 days of delivery, unless marked as final sale. 
If Chichi Fashions is unable to complete an order due to circumstances within our control, any eligible refund will be issued after deducting the cost of materials, labor, and services already provided. By placing an order with Chichi Fashions, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.
